[v0.12.1] - Release Manager overhaul, File Explorer updates and Claude-Code Launcher

Major update. Completely overhauled the Release Manager workflow to make it more wizard-like and to provide greater control over various options and file names. Added a bunch of bells and whistles to the File Explorer features. Can now filter by a bunch of things and preview sounds as collections. Added a Claude Code launch button that will launch claude into the selected project working directory. A few other quality of life improvements as well.
