Sugabase has infinite boards with infinite canvases for organizing notes, tasks, and ideas. Built with the Godot engine for greater performance and depth. It handles thousands of items per board without breaking a sweat.

Your data stays on your device by default. Add self-hosted cloud sync when you're ready. I help you setup your own personal hosted DB so you own and control 100% of your data.

• Basic Features: Infinite nested boards, text cards, task lists,  images, columns — all draggable, resizable, nestable and linkable. Multi-select, undo/redo, search, copy/paste across boards
• Two way integration with Anthropic API & claude-code for sending tasks and notes to claude and also having claude sync your tasks & notes while it works.
  
• QuickBoards - Ability to shortcut to any board and ability to drag and drop pre-formatted cards onto a board (daily task list or kanban board)
• Local-first — your data lives on your device in SQLite, no account or payments required
• Optional self-hosted cloud sync — Spin up your own Supabase DB instance. We guide you through this process and give you everything you need. Supabase has great free options that will last most people quite a while but depends on usage.
• Feedback - Built in feedback system for instant engagement and transparency with development. Features an influencer system (Sugabits) which gives active users more sway over what gets added next.
